The King of Beasts has Passed Away

I am desolated to report that Norman, the One True King of Pigs, has passed away. It was a terrible time. He died on Monday, May 17, at 1:30 pm, in my arms. He is now romping with delight in the Happy Parsley Bin in the Sky. Rest in peace, Norman.

Oh, dear, this is a very sad post. He was the sleekest, most distinguished, most handsome and royal pig ever. We will miss you very much, beloved Norman.

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your regal pig. I will miss his friendly squeaks of love, when I call your house on the phone.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I remember the loss of our dog, so well. Very devastating. Then when my son's fish died, I felt dreadful for him. I hope you feel better soon!

We are a guinea pig family too and I'm so sorry to hear about Norman. What an absolutely adorable little guy. Just by looking at his picture I can tell he was full of personality. Norman had such a sparkle in his eye.

So sorry, Shannon! Norman was a very photogenic and special little (?) pig. Not replaceable, for certain. I do hope that you are able to find another special furry friend to introduce to us online, when you are ready!

How sad I was to read of Norman's passing. He was a beauty and I believe that the other guinea pigs might be breathing a sigh of relief as none could hold a candle to him - I mean the front feet said it all really...
I will say some prayers for you as you mourn the loss of such a special pet... I hope to read of another pig someday on this very blog, Norman the 2nd??? RIP sweet Norman.
Blessings from your moms blogger friend in Maryland

Awww, I am so sorry to hear of Norman's journey to the parsley bin in the sky. But, you can rest assured that he had the best friend in you, and you gave him the perfect life a guinea pig could ask for!
